Here are some frequently asked questions (FAQs) related to Padel39 membership.

WHEN ARE PEAK AND OFF-PEAK HOURS?

Our peak hours are weekdays (6am to 10.30am & 4.30pm to 10.30pm) and all day at weekends. The off-peak hours are weekdays (10.30am to 4.30pm). Our court schedule is based around 1 hour 30 minute sessions. See the opening hours in the footer below, or on the Playtomic app.

Do I have to be a member to play at Padel39?

Not at all. Of course, we hope you will eventually become a member, but all guests are welcomed to play. Just note the increased court fees and need to book closer to your chosen date.

Can I switch plans after sign-up?

Sure, no problem. We understand things change. Just reach out and we'll work through what makes sense for you.

CAN YOU EXPAND ON THE EXTRAS IN AN ELITE MEMBERSHIPS?

We believe all players can have to opportunity to play at Padel39, but members should receive additional benefits. The free quarterly 30-minute coaching consultation ($60 value) is a chance to work with a certified coach on areas like preparation, strategy, mental approach, tactics, and recovery. The free quarterly clinic ($40 value) is exactly that - a free clinic of your choosing every 3 months. On the 'Birthday Meet-Up' we offer you a free court for you and three friends to play during off-peaks hours.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

While we hope to keep you as a happy member, we understand that sometimes, life and plans change. We made that process easy. Just submit a ticket or send us an email and your membership will be canceled in 30 days
